Key Digital are suppliers of Document Workflow Solutions, providing hardware and software solutions that enable customers to work more efficiently when it comes to document routing in their business. From scanning and OCR technology, through to document management and automation, and finally document distribution and printing.
The purpose of this role is to work within the IT Support team to solve customer support calls, provide remote diagnostics, configure customer networks and systems as well as assisting with installations of hardware and software systems.
